Common coordination mistakes

Do not assume walls and doors are the only barriers. Floors and ceilings may be part of the shielding envelope. Do not move a tube stand, wall bucky, control booth, or door after calculations without review.

An equipment replacement should be checked against the new model and expected use rather than assumed equivalent to the previous unit.
