What to gather before you start

Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Handle the room and shielding requirements
Complete the shielding design and any required Kentucky plan review before construction or operation. Diagnostic shielding-design services must be performed within Kentucky's Qualified Expert requirements.
Step 2: Complete the registration application
Complete Kentucky Form RPS-402 with the facility, owner, radiation-machine, and responsible-person information requested by the Radiation Health Branch.
