What to gather before you start

Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Handle the room and shielding requirements

Step 2: Complete the registration application
Use Puerto Rico Department of Health/Salud Digital to identify the current transaction for máquinas de radiación and complete the facility, equipment, ownership, and supporting information requested by the Radiological Health/Environmental Health program.
Step 3: Submit the application and fee
Submit the transaction, supporting documents, and payment through the current Salud Digital process or other method directed by the Department of Health.
Step 4: Complete the post-filing requirements

Step 5: Renew and report changes
